Ctax Terms & Conditions – What You Need to Know Before Joining

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between ctax ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user of ctax ("Member", "you"). These Terms apply to all services, games, betting, and financial transactions on ctax.

Key Definitions

• Platform: ctax's website, mobile app, and all associated services.
• Member / User: A person who is registered on ctax and uses its services.
• Account: The personal profile created upon registering with ctax.
• Bonus Funds: Promotional funds issued by ctax that can be withdrawn under specific terms and conditions.
• Wagering requirement: The number of times you must wager the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn.
• KYC: Know Your Customer – the process of verifying identity and address.

To register on ctax, you must meet the following requirements:

Age & Eligibility

• Each individual only One Account can be created.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Creating an account under someone else's name or identity is strictly prohibited.

KYC Verification

Before your first withdrawal, or after placing bets exceeding ₹1,00,000, ctax may ask you to submit the following documents:

• National ID (NID) or Passport
• Recent photo (selfie with ID)

Multiple Accounts Policy

Operating multiple accounts from the same person, household, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited. ctax's system automatically detects such activity, and all associated accounts will be closed upon detection.

Withdrawal Terms & Conditions

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are generally processed through the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Winnings earned from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳5,00,000. Higher limits apply for VIP Members.

Wagering Calculation

If the wagering requirement on a bonus is x30 and you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳30,000 before making a withdrawal.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation Policy

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with ctax's policies.
• If incorrect odds are offered due to an obvious data error or technical issue, ctax reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Live betting odds change in real time; the odds applicable at the moment your bet is placed are final.

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily close your account for anywhere between 1 day and 6 weeks.

Any of the following activities constitutes a direct violation of ctax's Terms and Conditions and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Registering with false or misleading information
• Operating Multiple Accounts (Multi-Accounting)
• Claiming bonuses in violation of bonus terms & conditions
• Hacking, phishing, or any other form of technical manipulation
• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources
• Match fixing or insider betting
• Collusion or conspiring with other players
• Using bots or automated systems on ctax's software

Ctax reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account while an investigation into suspected suspicious activity is ongoing. A final decision will be made based on the outcome of that investigation.

Dispute Resolution Process

• All complaints must first be submitted to the ctax Support team.
• Our support team will provide an initial response within 72 hours.
• For complex disputes, a decision will be communicated within 7–14 business days.
• If a Member is unsatisfied with a decision made by ctax, they may file a complaint with the relevant licensing authority.
